Delete your Fello account

In the app, tap your photo on Home, then Privacy & safety → Delete my account. No phone with Fello on it? Do it here instead.

What is deleted

  • Your name, photo and phone number
  • Your prayer requests and the prayers you tapped
  • Your saved messages, saved cards, blocks and mutes
  • Your place in every church and unit

What is kept

  • Messages you sent stay in chats, shown as from “Deleted member”
  • Gifts you made stay in each church's giving records without your name, as churches need them for their accounts

When

You're signed out everywhere straight away. 30 days later the account is removed for good; signing in before then cancels it. Pastors who are the only pastor of a church need to hand it to someone else first. Questions? hello@fello.ng
