We collect only what Fello needs to work: your phone number, name, and what you post in your church's spaces.
Your church's data is kept separate from every other church's.
We never sell your data or show you ads.
Giving is processed by Paystack and paid straight to your church. We never see your full card details.
You can download or delete your data at any time.
Account details: your phone number, name and optional photo. Church details: the church and units you join and your role. Content you share: messages, voice notes, photos, prayer requests and study answers. Usage data: basic app activity used to keep Fello working and to improve it.
To run your account and your church's spaces, deliver messages and ring you for calls you've chosen to receive, send notifications, keep Fello secure, and understand which features help churches most.
Members of your church see your name and what you post in spaces you share. Unit leaders and church admins can manage members of their units. Fello staff access data only to support your church or keep the service safe.
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Use Settings in the app or email privacy@fello.ng.
